Refund Policy


Meraki offers a no commitment service. This means you can cancel our services at any time without any fee or penalties.

If you have prepaid for a certain length of time and wish to terminate our services before it is completely used up, the services will continue for the period to allow you time to make accommodations. Then they will simply stop and billing will be canceled at the end of the package.

If you have purchased an item, you have 3 days to return the item for a refund. All items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase. Returns are subject to rejection.

If you qualify for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
